At least 4+ years of software engineering experience in front-end.

B.E/M.E/MS in Computer Science.

2+ years of hands-on experience in React-Redux.

Customer/Driver Support Executive

Keep records of customer/driver interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
